1. Recruitment Officer
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, interviewing, offering).
- Understand client needs and ensure candidates meet position requirements.
- Build and maintain a relevant candidate database.
- Coordinate with internal and external teams regarding manpower needs.
- Prepare recruitment reports regularly.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Psychology or Human Resource Management).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment, preferably from an agency background.
- Experienced in mass hiring for various positions.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under targets.
- Available to join immediately is a plus.
2. Senior Recruitment Officer
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate recruitment processes for multiple levels and positions.
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet client hiring needs.
- Lead the recruitment team and ensure target fulfillment within the timeline.
- Build strong relationships with clients and provide effective recruitment solutions.
- Prepare and analyze recruitment reports and performance results.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (Psychology or Human Resource Management preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, especially in an agency environment.
- Proven experience handling large-scale and multi-position recruitment projects.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and target-oriented environment.
- Immediate availability is an advantage

- Perusahaan yang profesional biasanya merekrut kandidat menggunakan platform/situs/website perusahaan sendiri, dan apabila menggunakan alamat email, maka email yang digunakan adalah email dengan akhiran sesuai nama perusahaan, contoh: perusahaan Befwork tidak menggunakan email rekrutmen@gmail.com, seharusnya menggunakan rekrutmen@befwork.com.
- Namun, dalam beberapa kondisi tertentu, masih terdapat lowongan yang valid menggunakan akun gmail maupun Google Form, dan apabila masih terdapat lowongan yang menggunakan gmail dan Google Form, maka harap tetap waspada, jangan pernah lanjutkan proses rekrutmen apabila terdapat pungutan/dimintai biaya di saat proses rekrutmen sedang berlangsung.
